Kiteboarding in Dubai has seen unbelievable growth in the past years, however it has also seen the collapse of the Dubai Kiteboarding Club and the old rules. Now kitesurfers are seen on most beaches, but the official kiteboarding beach is still between DOSC and the Burj Al Arab
